let me tell you the coolest mint-rubbing-related thing that happened to yours truely (that would be me) this month | so, there i was driving around bucharest one sunny afternoon (yes, i know inquiring minds want to know: we are located in romania, not abroad; therefore, yours truely is not one of those "alienated romanians living abroad") | anyway, so there i was, waiting in line at this traffic light next to the new mall | staring blindly ahead, what do i see? | a familiar black rectangle: | a rmra sticker on the car in front of me (a dark gray renault clio for the record) | how cool is that? | well, fucking cool, i'll tell you that | it made me proud to be a mintrubbing expert |

after this life-changing and belief-shattering experience, we decided to change the distribution policy for the now already famous rmra sticker | now all you need to do to get one is to send an email at wfoster42@yahoo.com | that's it, you don't have to write anything clever or pay money or perform sexual favors or god knows what else | just send an email with your name and mailing address and we'll send a sticker your way | no strings attached and no questions asked |

anyway, enough with that, let's move on | this month ada created a new mintrubbing-related wall paper | it's a pretty funny and nice one, be sure to check it out | click here | we sure do like it, thanks ada.

no ancient wisdom in this issue | in all honesty, we have a backlog of no less than 43 expressions waiting to be posted | but...searching for the appropriate picture, assembling the whole thing in photoshop... | too damn hard, and i'm too damn lazy | so just make me with egg and vinegar | (well, there you go) | i'll make it up to you in our next issue | if nothing better comes up, maybe we'll have an ancient wisdom extravaganza with 10 or 15 expressions | how cool would that be? |

we did our regularly scheduled searches on google the other day, and what did we find? | searching for rubbing yields mintrubbing.org on the first position | it's good to know that mint rubbing is the preferred type of rubbing worldwide | next we searched for mint and found the RMRA site on page three | that's just awesome | searching for "romanian" finds our site on the 8th page | we're still working on that one |

i think that you shouldn't over rate me, because is clear that i'm not even close to rub the mint alone, and that's if you rate me after your standards, as it is obvious i didn't quite get the rubbing point of your last issue, thus further training is not only an option, but the only way of becoming a grand master in the delicate art of mint rubbing.

and in the end i have a thought to share that came to me as i was writing this mail: "Mint rubbing IS the only real alternative to mint rubbing" (mihai)

Gentlemen and Ladies,
Mint rubbing is the most honourable , prestigious and antique way of life.
It is honourable because as they say in Romanian " Munca este o bratara de aur" ( Work is a golden bracelet and you don't get surmenated because of it).
It is prestigious because you are like a Danish pop star from the 70's and it is antique because it was largely practiced by the ancient Romans of the Roman empire. The Romans were either slaves , freemen or mintrubbers. Only back than they did not call them mint rubbers but Patricians ( Patricieni in Romanian).
The reason I choose the mintrubbing way of life is my ardent admiration for the ancient Roman culture and the desire to be a Patrician.

[ANOTHER SAVE-THE-ROBOTS-RELATED MESSAGE]: hello, I just read the site about saving the robots who are to being discontinued. But... it's true?? I mean, the whole campaign and effort... A friend of mine and me are following robotics progresses for 3 years, and never heard of such a thing. We REALLY love robots... so is this fact real?
sorry if I'm so rude, but I sometimes meet incredible lies about robots ç_ç (such as a poor AIBO who was put before a wounded animal to make it seems that he "ate" the animal >< I saw it on a old site)
