This issue is choke full of interesting materials for the serious mint rubber. Some of the materials and contributions were sent by dedicated mint rubbers from all corners of the world. Please review all materials with careful attention (take notes if necessary) and send us your own mint rubbing thoughts and techniques. Remember! Practical Gas Burning Explained

I just want to describe a very relaxing type of gas burning activity - I do it quite often. This is what you need to do:

1. find a nice ceramic ash-tray and a bottle of row-alcohol (sanitary will also do);
2. put the ash-tray in the middle of the room;
3. put the alcohol inside the ash-tray;
4. turn off the light;
5. if daytime, close the curtains;
6. ignite the gas;
7. watch the blue fire from your comfortable chair;
8. (optional) fire some more gas;
9. have a rest; relax - you should be tired by now.

Note: while watching you can do other mint-rubbing activities, but, remember, it's important to stare to the blue fire all the time. (contribution by Calin Ardelean)
