In various road-shows that we have been to, promoting the RMRA website and the mint rubbing phenomenon, we have had the surprise to learn that some people do not understand the structure of the mintrubbing.org site. That's why we finally want to clear things out.

History: In November 2000 we first thought of the Romanian Mint Rubbing Association. And it was good. November passed and December came. We posted the site on the web and there was much rejoicing. Next we thought of the Mint Rubbing Journal and posted the first issue on the web. And it was good. December passed and January came. We posted the second issue on the web. And so on.

What does this mean? That every month the RMRA site is updated with a new issue of the Mint Rubbing Journal (MRJ). To put it plainly, there are 17 updates of this site (besides the one you're reading now) and chances are you have not read all of them. Big mistake! Now it's your chance to see al updates in an organized manner. Start with the main site and read all updates (they open in separate windows):

Send us an article and you could get published in the next issue of the journal, on your way to getting the Pulitzer prize.
