Downloads: 2001 Desktop Calendar
 |
This regular section of the journal features downloadable materials to be used for enhancing your mint rubbing experience. For this first issue, we chose a 2001 desktop calendar (a desktop gif file for your computer that features a 2001 calendar). Click
on the image on the left (or here) to download the 800x600 version, or here to download the 1024x768 version. Once the chosen image is loaded, save it to disk (File/Save As), open the Start/Settings/Control Panel/Display window in Windows, pick the Background tab and locate the file. It's that simple.
Reasons for using our desktop: it's free, it's provided by RMRA, it will constantly remind you to rub mint and it has a 2001 calendar. Get it now (hand crafted; residents of California add 19% VAT).

Contributions - make yourself heard
As we've mentioned earlier in our Letter from the editors, the Mint Rubbing Journal is an open project. If you think you have something to add to this site, please send it to us:
mint rubbing or gas burning experiences, stories and fantasies; educational and informative articles; personal accounts of how mint rubbing and/or the RMRA website have influenced your life; methods of promoting mint rubbing and the RMRA webpages; any other related materials. The editors
reserve the right to refuse publication at their own discretion. All materials should carry their respective authors' copyrights. Don't miss the chance to impress your friends with your contribution to the Mint Rubbing Journal - the premiere source of information on mint rubbing. We are counting on your help
to further enhance the mint rubbing experience, so please delay your current mint rubbing activities and write to us. All materials will be carefully reviewed by the editors.
Easy and Convenient Subscriptions
Subscribing to the Mint Rubing Journal is easy: just click here and send an empty message to subscribe. Does this mean we will be sending you hundreds of kilobytes of texts and graphics every few days? No. By subscribing you
will just be informed of every new issue of the journal with a short message and you will follow a link to read the current issue online. It's that easy. And even these messages won't be annoying, since our own mint rubbing activities will probably prevent us from finalizing a new issue faster than once a month. Unsubscribing is just as easy:
just send a similar message with the subject unsubscribe and that's all. Keep yourself up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in mint rubbing. Subscribe now - it's free, fast and convenient. Don't forget to tell your friends too. Why should they rub mint with no assistance?
